Base oils are important basic raw materials for any lubricant, like engine oil, gear oil, industrial oil, hydrolic oils, and greases. In any type of lubricant, 75% to 85% ingredient is base oil. American Petroleum Institute has categorised Base oil into five major groups which are Group I/II/III/IV/V.
Origin and chemical or physical properties are very important in determining the quality of finished lubricants.

Lubricant antioxidants and additives protect machinery, extend the life of lubricants, and help achieve sustainability goals for fuel efficiency. We provide a range of lubricant additives engineered to improve lubricant performance.
Rubber process oils are made of paraffin, naphthalene, and other such aromatic compounds of varying molecular weight distribution. Rubber process oils, as the name suggests, are used primarily as a processing oil in rubber product manufacturing during the mixing of rubber compounds. Rubber process oils (RPO) function as internal lubricants, improve the blending of the rubber formulations, facilitate the incorporation of fillers and other additives, improve certain physical characteristics, and function as low-cost extenders.
Bitumen is a hydrocarbon material with high viscosity, a colloidal structure, and a black to dark brown colour. It is completely dissolvable in carbon disulfide and carbon tetrachloride. The most common production type of bitumen in the world is petroleum bitumen, which is obtained from crude oil distillation and is classified based on penetration grade (standard ASTM-D5). The vast majority of bitumen is used by the construction industry as a constituent of products used in paving and roofing.
